Ordering & Payment
All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. We are unable to supply any goods on a sale or return basis and all orders are accepted on receipt of full payment.
Payment for fabrics and wallpapers is by BACS the details of which you will receive on your pro forma invoice.
For samples and any products available via the website, please use the payment options available when you check out.
Shipping
Fabric & Wallpaper
For all UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands) orders, there is a standard delivery charge of £25·00. This may be subject to change but will be detailed on your pro forma invoice. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and any offshore islands are not included in the UK Mainland and will therefore incur a different shipping cost depending on the delivery location and weight.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery.
Refunds & Returns
Cut lengths of fabric and rolls of wallpaper are non-returnable unless faulty.
All faults or damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. Unauthorised returns will not be credited to the customer’s account.

Returnable samples will be refunded, minus the shipping cost, once they have been returned to us.

For cushions, please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you are not happy, return the goods and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Cancelling an Order
Whilst every effort will be made to accept the cancellation this can only happen if the cancellation is made prior to any cutting or printing of fabric and/or wallpaper. If cutting or production has begun then a 50% deposit will be kept.
Accuracy of Content
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time of publishing. The total cost of your order will be set out in the payment options of this website or within your pro forma invoice. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, products may vary from the images shown and can be dependent on-screen colour calibration. We strongly recommend obtaining a sample before placing an order.
